Amigos do Menara is a shared listing board for apartments owned by residents of the building. Brokerage is handled by the licensed broker in charge, also a resident, with the simplest possible process.
You contact us
On WhatsApp, tell us your dates, number of guests and the reason for your stay. We reply with the available units.
Visit or virtual tour
If you are in São Paulo we schedule a visit. If not, we send an up-to-date video and photos of the apartment.
Booking and contract
Short-term or residential contract depending on length, with suitable guarantees. No platform in between: you pay directly.
Check-in
Access instructions arranged by message. 24-hour concierge for late arrivals.
During your stay
One direct contact for anything you need, from someone who knows the building.
Rules and transparency
- Rentals follow the condominium bylaws and Brazilian law (Tenancy Act and, for short stays, the applicable rules).
- Owners authorise the listing of their units in writing.
- Prices, fees and cancellation policy are made clear before booking.
Who answers
Eduardo Cazassa, licensed real estate broker (CRECI 155790/SP) and Menara resident. He answers WhatsApp, prepares the contract and follows up during your stay.
